Ingredients of Pumpkin fry
STEP : 1
First of all take the Kaddu and peel it and after that wash the kaddu with the water properly and cut it.

Now take the green chilly and cut it into the small pieces and also take the Neem leaves and wash them.

Now take all the spices along with the salt in the one plate and make them one single spices all together.
STEP : 4
After all this take the jaggery and cut the jaggery into small pieces that can be used easily in the kaddu.

After that, take the oil in the pan and heat it and then add mustard, cummins, fenugreek seeds, neem and green chilly to the oil.

When the green chilly and neem leaves get little bit cooked add the spices to the pan and then add the kaddu to it.

When the spices gets mixed with the kaddu and gets cooked little bit, add the jaggery to the kaddu and then mix.
STEP : 8
After that, when jaggery gets mixed, cook the kaddu with the covered lid for around 10-15 minutes with stiring in between.
STEP : 9
Now, when the kaddu gets cooked properly, take it out of the pan into the bowl and now is ready to serve.
