This is a vegetable dish made using the sweet pumpkin and bengal gram and potato. It gets its aroma from dry roasted cumin and fennel seeds. It is sweet and tangy and is served best with roti or rice.

Ingredients of Pumpkin dry curry

0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Sugar

4.00 tbsp Oil

Pumpkin dry curry
