Bori diye Sojne data arr Kumro chorchori is pure vegetarian dish with very less spices. In this recipe bori (Bengali sun dried dumplings) are prepared with drumsticks and pumpkin. This recipe is mainly serving in lunch menu with steamed rice.

Ingredients of Pumpkin drumstick curry

0.25 kg Drumsticks

1.00 cup bori
1.00 tbsp panch phoron
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.25 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp ghee
1.00 no whole red chili
3.00 tbsp oil
