This popular Puliyogare Gojju recipe is for home made . Puliyogare Gojju is what we need to for making the Puliyogare rice dish. Puliyogare Gojju can be prepared ahead of time and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 8 months to a year.

Ingredients of Puliyogare gojju

0.25 kg Tamarind
8.00 tbsp samba powder
2.00 no jaggery
1.00 tbsp sesame seeds
1.00 cup Oil
0.25 cup groundnut
10.00 no curry leaf
2.00 cup water
2.00 tbsp salt

Add the sesame finely course powder on to the mixture and mix it well and let it set down for 10 minutes in low flame . this powder is important it enriches the flavor .
