Pulissery is a Kerala traditional curry.The main ingredients of this curry are butter milk,grated coconut,curry leafs,dry red chilly,green chilly,shallots,mustard seeds,cumin seeds and salt.It is a best suit curry for rice and it can be prepared within 20 minutes.

Ingredients of Pulissery

0.50 cup Butter Milk
6.00 no Curry Leaves
2.00 tbsp Mustard Seeds
2.00 tbsp Cumin Seed
0.50 tbsp Turmeric Powder
6.00 no Dry Red Chilly
2.00 no Green Chilly
3.00 no Shallots
2.00 no Garlic
0.50 no Grated Coconut
2.00 no Ginger
2.00 tbsp Salt

Pulissery

First take the grated coconut, shallots, garlic, green chilly and ginger pieces for grinding. Grind the above mixtures very well. Make a smooth paste of these elements.

Next heat oil in a pan and allow it to boil. When the oil is starts to boil add the mustard seeds into it.

When the mustard starts spluttering add the chopped onions and dry red chilly into it.When it is getting hot add it into the smooth paste which we have prepared in the step 1.
