Ingredients of Pulissery
STEP : 1
First take the grated coconut, shallots, garlic, green chilly and ginger pieces for grinding. Grind the above mixtures very well. Make a smooth paste of these elements.
STEP : 2
Next heat oil in a pan and allow it to boil. When the oil is starts to boil add the mustard seeds into it.
STEP : 3
When the mustard starts spluttering add the chopped onions and dry red chilly into it.When it is getting hot add it into the smooth paste which we have prepared in the step 1.
STEP : 4
Next add the butter milk into the mixture which we have prepared in step 2. Add the enough amount of salt into it. Allow it to heat for 5 minutes. Don't allow it to boil. Now the delicious Pulissery is ready.
