Ingredients of Puli aval upma

1 Cup Beatenrice
1 Cup Tamerindjuice
1.00 Tbsp Chanadal
1.00 Tbsp Groundnuts
1.00 Tbsp Redchillies
1.00 Tbsp Musteredseeds
5 No Curryleaves

first of all take the bowl and add the  one cup of beaten rice  and add the water in them and keep aside for 5 minutes
