STEP : 1
Take a heavy non-stick pan pan and add the jiggery and water on a high flame. Heat both jiggery and water so it can mix properly and form a smooth paste of it.

When the consistency of melted jiggery become little thick, add the roasted puffed rice. Dry roast the puffed rice in cooking vessel before adding it.
STEP : 3
Keep tossing and stirring till the puffed rice are completely coated with the melted jiggery. For adding more favor you can also add coconut slices.
STEP : 4
When the puffed rice completely soaked the melted jiggery, turn off the flame and keep it a side for few minutes. If you dont like the taste of jiggery you can add sugar in place of jiggery.

For making murir moa or puffed rice balls apply ghee on your palms and take little quantity of mixture for making puffed rice balls. press with both hands to make round murir moa.
STEP : 6
Repeat this process for making more puffed rice balls. Please note if they are too hot or too cold they will not bind properly. Cool it before storing.
