We can prepare this recipe for evening time snacks. This will take less timing to prepare. Also this is like a diet breakfast recipe. Usually all prepare bread and omlet for diet breakfast. Differently we can prepare sandwich with mint leaves here.

Masala Preparation

Take a pan. Pour oil. After the oil gets heated add urad dal. Wait until urad dal gets golden brown color.

Now place dosa tawa. Add a little more amount of ghee. Toast need amount of bread slices on another side.
