We can prepare this recipe for evening time snacks. This will take less timing to prepare. Also this is like a diet breakfast recipe. Usually all prepare bread and omlet for diet breakfast. Differently we can prepare sandwich with mint leaves here.

2.00 tbsp uraddal
1.00 cup mintleaves

1.00 tbsp sambarpowder
1.00 tbsp chillypowder
1.00 tbsp salt

1.00 tbsp garammasala
1.00 tbsp redchillypowder
1.00 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp oil
1.00cup onion

Masala Preparation

Take a pan. Pour oil. After the oil gets heated add urad dal. Wait until urad dal gets golden brown color.

Now allow it to cool. Keep it aside. After that grind it partially. Add a little bit water in to it.

Now add tomato in to it. Now grind it well. Now no need to add water. Donï¿œt make that in watery consistency.

Make the mint chutney a little bit hard consistency. Take this chutney aside. Now add salt into it for taste.

Now place dosa tawa. Add a little more amount of ghee. Toast need amount of bread slices on another side.

Take the ghee toasted bread slices. Cut the bread slices in to half slice. Apply the chutney in to the bread slices.

now place the fried onion inbetween of the bread slices. Now the onion mint sandwich is read to taste.

pudina is very healthy for our body and some of the kids will not eat pudina casually but when we keep it for the taste everyone loves it and it is soo tasty all the people will eat this recipe and it is very easy to make and it takes less time and it is an delicious food when anybody in diet we can take this dish also and I like this pudina chutneys wherever u should in this recipe thanks for sharing this recipe.

Wow such a mouth watering dish. On the top it is very much easy to make and requires minimum ingredients which are available at home. I liked the new the new way of making the pudina chutney . I had never used Udal daal is any chutney. Adding daal makes the chutney more healthier and protenicious. We can replace the maida bread with brown bread that will make the recipe too much healthy. Just enjoy this dish as morning or evening snack. Thanks for sharing this lip smacking recipe with us.
