Pudalankai is a vegetable usually we prepared koottu and curry recipes only,but here u have used to make a tasty and spicy chutney recipe using a snakegourd. Pudalankai chutney is great combo with all breakfast recipes and good with roti and chapati recipes too.

Ingredients of Pudalangai chutney

2.00 no Snake gourd
1.00 no onion
1.00 no tomato
7.00 no garlic pods
0.50 tbsp ginger slices
1.00 no green chilly
5.00 no dried red chilly
0.50 tbsp red chilly powder
0.50 no tamarind
1.00 tbsp urad dhal
1.00 tbsp channa dhal
0.50 tbsp mustard seeds
0.75 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp oil

Take one or two medium sized snakegourd which is call it as pydalangai un Tamil,you may rinse and fine chop them by removing Thier seeds,
