Ingredients of Prawns chutney
STEP : 1
Take ingredients 1 to 7 and grind them to a fine paste adding a little water. remove and set aside in a bowl.

heat a tawa and dry roast the prawns until you get a mild aroma and prawns turn light brown. remove and set aside in a plate. (clean prawns as told in the tips.)

for seasoning, crush the garlic till its juices are released or chopped fine and slice onions and pick the curry leaves and set aside.
STEP : 4
heat a pan , pour 2 tbsp of oil ,when hot add mustard seeds , wait till splutter. add garlic cloves, wait till it turns light brown, add curry leaves and onion wait till lightly browned.

when the onions turn brown add the already ground masala. fry well till it leaves side or gives off aroma. lower the flame so the masala doesn't burn.
STEP : 6
add the cleaned and roasted dry prawns to the pan and mix well such that dry prawns are coated well with the fried masala.
STEP : 7
now add the roasted grated coconut mixture(as told in tips) to the pan and mix thoroughly on a low flame. sprinkle salt as per taste. remove on a serving bowl and garnish with onion rings.
