Ingredients of Prawn noodles

Take the noodles and place it in a plate. Put it in a saucepan and boil it in water with salt and a drop of oil, After the noodles have been semi boiled then drain off the excess water and then place it on a strainer to dry.

Chop the onion, garlic pieces, green chili as shown. Cut the 3 different colored bell peppers in to small pieces. Chop the spring onion too.

Take the prawn and wash it very well and clean it thoroughly by removing the vein and the tails and set it aside.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the prawns saute with salt and turmeric till the water from the prawn is drained off and it becomes crispy. After the prawns are fried then set it aside.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the garlic cloves to it and fry them well till they are golden brown in color.

Now add the onion to the oil and fry them well till they turn pinkish in color and is slightly softened.

Now add the green chili and all the bell peppers and sprinkle some salt and saute them well in the flames.

Add the fried prawns to the kadai and mix it with the saute vegetables and cook it for a minute or two.

Now add the semi boiled noodles and sprinkle some salt and black pepper and stir them well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add a spoon of vinegar and then the noodles is ready to be served with spring onion toppings.
