This is a recipe made where in jumbo prawns are fried in a batter and then a kadai masala is prepared with the same with chopped onion and garlic . The gravy is cooked in the aroma of capsicum to give it a excellent flavour.

Prawn masala recipe

Wash and clean the jumbo prawns to remove the head, tail and de vein the same. Then wash it under running water.
