Ingredients of Prawn cutlets
STEP : 1
Take the prawns wash them and clean them very well and add salt and turmeric to the same and keep it marinated.

Heat oil in a frying pan add the prawn pieces and fry them well till the water is drained off.

Add the onion, ginger garlic paste while frying and let them also get cooked and fry well till the onion turns light brownish.

Once the filling is cooked set it aside in a bowl and let it cool a bit and settle down.

Add the prawn to the mixture grinder and make a very fine paste of the same by grinding it on high.

Once the fine paste is formed set it aside in a bowl and let it cool so that it can be shaped in the form of a chop.

Take the bread crumbs and then beat the eggs well. These would form the coating of the chops. The egg here acts as a sticking medium between the filling and the bread crumbs.

Make an oval flat shape from the filling and then dip it in the beaten egg and then cover it on all sides with the bread crumb and make it ready for frying.

Heat oil in a frying pan and put the fish pieces coated with the bread crumbs into the pan. Fry well on one side.

Turn the chops to the other side when one side turns completely brownish in color and fry well on all sides. It is then ready to be served with salads.
