Seegadi sambaru ( Prawns) this sambaru prepared by using the Prawns. especially seegadi will match with dantina soppu. and it is very good sambaru. it is very helthy food. especially for aged people it is favorite sambaru. this is very famous in hassan side.

Ingredients of Prawn curry

1.00 cup Seegadi prons
2.00 no Onion
2.00 no Garlic
0.25 kg Mixed Soppu Or Leaves
1.00 no Tomato
0.50 cup Avre Bele Or Hyacinth Bean
0.25 cup Coconut
10.00 no Curry Leaves
0.25 tbsp Jeera
0.25 tbsp Saasive
4.00 tbsp Sambar Power
3.00 tbsp salt

Prawn curry

First take 1 bunch of mixed leaves and soppu. cut it medium and put it in one cooker or bowl. wash it thoroughly until go small particles of mud and dust.

Take dall ( Avare bele ) and put it in one bowl to wash. and add some water to that and wash it properly.after wash keep it a side.

Take onion and chap it to small pieces. one is for grinding purpose and anther one for frying. in this manner you use the onion it will give good taste

take 1/2 cup of coconut for grinding purpose and grinded cocunut oil and coconut will give good taste for samabr.

Take one bowl of seegadi or prons and remove the dust if any in that, take the seegadi or prons as required based on the members to serve.

After clean the dust from the seegadi or prons heat the tava in low flame and tava is medium heated then put the seegadi or prons on to tava from light fry

After seegadi or Prons light fried well take some small amount of water in bowl and put the fried seegadi in to the water for cleaning, clean it well before add in to sambaru.

Put the washed leaves and dall in to a cooker and put some amount of water for boiling purpose and make it 3 visual in cooker.

after keep in to boil. mean time put all grinding ingredients Sambar powder,Coconut, Onion , Tomato,Jeerge,Sasive, etc,to mixer jar and grind thoroughly

After grind the ingredients take some amount of boiled leave and Dall mixe and put in to Mixer Jar and grind it again thoroughly

Take anather one pan and fry curry leaves and jeerge and saasive and onion.fry it properly until onion turned in to brownish color as well.

After fry , add the grinded mixture in to the pan and boil it 2 min and mix it as well and fry and grinded item should be mix as well.

And take boiled leaves and Dall and add in to the pan which we fried mixture and curry leaves and mix it thoroughly and leave it for 30 min to boil as well and ad some salt as per the taste close the plate top of the pan and boil well.

After boiled of 30 min soppu and shift the soppu boiled into the anther pan based on the how many to serve and heat it well. Now take one bowl of cleaned seegadi or prons then add in to the boiling soppu pan and don’t add the some small piece which placed in bottom of the bowl.

After adding the seegadi or prons up to 10 minuts keep on the stove with medium flame, because all masala need to fill in to the seegadi or prons well with boiling Thenit ready to serve shift in to small bowl.
