Usually we all love biryanis and we make different kinds of biryanis. Here I present a different variation in biryani called mixed sea fish biryani which is cooked by mixing fish and prawns which gives the excellent taste to the biryani.

Ingredients of For prawn biryani preparation

3.00 tbsp Oil
2.00 tbsp Ghee
1.00 no Onion
2.00 no Green chillies
1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds
1.00 cup Prawns
2.00 tbsp Salt
3.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
3.00 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2.00 cup Rice
3.50 cup Water
2.00 tbsp Garam masala

For Prawn Biryani Preparation

The first step is to wash the prawns thoroughly and cook them for about ten minutes by adding about half tablespoon of salt and red chilli powder and keep it aside.

This is something different from the usual mutton or chicken biryani. It is easy to prepare and cooks real fast. Prawns cook much faster than mutton or chicken. Just try it once and you will get habituated to eating it.
