first you need to take the ingredients Pottukadalai , Jaggery , Cardamom powder , water .

Now roast the pottukadalai in medium flame without changing the colour. Just to make it crisp. Keep a side.

Now you need to heat the pan and than put half cup of water into the pan.

Now you need to put jaggery to this water just to immerse it like this.

Now you need to dissolves the jaggery like this and you should not keep high flame.
