STEP : 1
At the first step remove head and tail of prawns and clean it well using water and keep it on a plate .

STEP : 2
Then pour curd ; turmeric powder ; chilly powder ; coriander powder ; garam masala and some salt .Mix it well and keep it aside .

Mean while cook the soaked green peas using little water ; turmeric powder and salt ; drain off the excess water .

Mean while chop sine carrots and cauliflower in to very small pieces and wash it well using water ;drain off excess water.

Then heat a pan pour oil to it and when it is hot add the chopped vegetables to it and green chillies also ;

Saute it well and let it gets cooked well and when it's half cooked add green peas and soya chunks to it .

Mix everything well and then add some thin sliced capsicum to it and mix well ; then off the flame.

Heat a big pan or kadai and pour ghee or butter to it ;when it melts add chopped onion and green chilly .

Saute it well and wait for two to three minutes and then add chopped tomato to it and stir well .

When it's nicely done put the marinated prawns to it and mix well . Let it cooked for five minutes .

Then pour one cup of water to it ; stir well and then put the washed basmati rice to it .

Let the rice gets cooked well ; add water as per need to cook rice ; keep flame low and close it ; add salt as need .

When the rice is cooked pour some coriander leaves to it then add the cooked vegetables also to it and stir well .
