This is a full pack of meal with full protein and minerals , I made it specially for my kids ,they don't like vegetables so I made this dish with many vegetables , prawns and basmati rice as main ingredients . And I had seen my kids and my husband enjoying this dish without any curry and again asking for it .

Ingredients of Pothichoru recipe

2.00 cup basmati rice
1.00 kg prawns
1.00 cup cauliflower
1.00 cup carrot
0.50 cup green peas
1.00 tbsp garam masala powder
0.50 tbsp coriander powder
0.50 tbsp chilly powder
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 cup curd
2.00 no onion
1.00 no tomato
1.00 tbsp ginger
1.00 tbsp garlic
1.00 no capsicum
2.00 tbsp coriander leaves
0.25 cup soya chunks

At the first step remove head and tail of prawns and clean it well using water and keep it on a plate .

Then heat a pan pour oil to it and when it is hot add the chopped vegetables to it and green chillies also ;

Saute it well and let it gets cooked well and when it's half cooked add green peas and soya chunks to it .

Mix everything well and then add some thin sliced capsicum to it and mix well ; then off the flame.

Heat a big pan or kadai and pour ghee or butter to it ;when it melts add chopped onion and green chilly .
