Ingredients of Potato tots
STEP : 1
Take a little corn flour , cheese cube, an egg , little amount of maida, coriander leaves and parsley leaves

Take 2 large sized potatoes, wash them and boil them in a sauce pan after cutting them into halves as shown in the image.

Take the potatoes after they are cooled and then peel the same and take it in a bowl for preparing the filling.

Mash the potatoes with hand, very well, add some salt to it and see to it that the potato is uniformly blended.

Add the maida and the corn flour to the potato along with the cheese shredded into fine particles so that it melts when fries.

Mix all the contents very well and add some parsley leaves on to the same as shown in the picture.

Add a beaten egg to the potato and mix it very well as shown in the image so that a fine paste is formed.

Make some bread crumbs at home by hard toasting a bread and then grinding it in a mixture to form the fine dust like crumbs.

Make small finger shaped pieces with the potato and then dip it in the bread crumb on both sides and set it aside for frying.

Heat oil in a tawa and then fry the tater tots on both sides till they turn golden brown in color and then they are ready to be served with coriander garnishing.
