All we need a potatoes tamotoes and coconut paste also we need chilies ginger for preparing this recipe,this is like a gravy type and used in rice or roties is the best combination for this .And we need a coconut paste mainly for this gravy.

Ingredients of Potato tomato curry

1.00 cup Potatoes
0.50 cup tomatoes
0.50 cup coconut paste
4.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp mustard seeds
0.50 tbsp green chilies paste
0.50 tbsp ginger paste
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp coriander
0.50 tbsp turmeric
0.50 tbsp ghee

Potato tomato curry

Take the potatoes make them half each and made it to boil in a pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes.

After the pressure is gone take out them and remove the peel of the potatoes and cut into pieces of small size.

Take one bowl add oil of 4 spoons to the and made it to heat after that add cumin and mustard seeds to it and made it to fry for sometime.

Then take tomatoes of 1/2 cup pieces and add it to the oil and wait until the pieces turns to soft in the oil only.
