STEP : 1
Take the potatoes make them half each and made it to boil in a pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes.

After the pressure is gone take out them and remove the peel of the potatoes and cut into pieces of small size.

Take one bowl add oil of 4 spoons to the and made it to heat after that add cumin and mustard seeds to it and made it to fry for sometime.

Then take tomatoes of 1/2 cup pieces and add it to the oil and wait until the pieces turns to soft in the oil only.
STEP : 5
Then add coconut paste of 1/2 cup ,green chili paste and ginger paste of 1/2 spoon to the tomatoes and leave that paste to cook in the oil for sometime until the color changes.

Once the color has changed add boiled potatoes to this paste and mix well also add turmeric to this pieces and wait until the oil floats on top.

After that add 1/2 tea spoon of salt to it for the taste purpose mix well and kept for sometime,until the pieces of potatoes absorbs the salt.

Ten add coriander leafs of 1/2 spoon to the curry for increasing the flavor to the curry,and also for the taste purpose.

Finally when it is ready to put off the stove add 1/2 spoon of fresh ghee to the curry and mix well and take it into the serving bowl for serve the curry.
