STEP : 1
Wash the potatoes properly and peel them. Cut them into thin slices.Dry the slices with the help of a kitchen cloth.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, rice powder and gram flour to the sliced potatoes and mix it properly.
STEP : 3
Take a frying pan and heat mustard oil in it. After heating oil place the potatoes in it. Fry one side until it turns golden brown.
STEP : 4
Turn the potatoes with the help of a frying stick. Fry the other side of the potatoes also until it turns golden brown.
STEP : 5
While frying cover the frying pan with a lid so that the potatoes can be cooked properly. Serve the fried potatoes with rice and dal.
