Ingredients of Potato stew
STEP : 1
At the first step peel off the skin from the potato clean it and then cut it in to small pieces.

Then take a pressure cooker and put some water to it and then put our sliced potato And some salt to it.
STEP : 3
Then make coconut milk using water and coconut, maximum use fresh coconut rather than frozen one. We need thick coconut milk.

Then heat a Kadai or pan and when it's hot Pour oil to it and then add mustard when the oil is hot and When it splutters add onion ,green chilly,ginger.

Add the cooked potato to it there is no need of the water ,add some curry leaves also and mix it well.

Then add the thick coconut milk to it and mix it well, then close the Kadai and keep on low flame.
STEP : 7
After five to ten minutes Check whether our potato mixed well with the coconut milk and when it's nicely boiled off the flame and pour crushed pepper to it.our dish is ready to serve.
