Ingredients of Potato roll
STEP : 1
Take two big potatoes and keep aside, take some bread slices, some green chilies and some cumin seeds all those things bring together and keep aside.

wash the potatoes and cut it and boil it properly then pill it and keep aside with other ingredients for cooking.

cut the boiled potato pieces in small pieces in a bowl, chop the green chili and keep aside, and other ingredients bring together and keep aside.

hot a pan then when the pan is become hot add some oil in it and hot it again for another one minute in high flame. Then add some cumin seeds into the hot oil and fry them for few seconds on the high flame on the gas oven

Then add some chopped green chilies into the hot oil and fry them for few seconds on the high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some chopped boiled potatoes into the hot oil and fry them for few minutes on the high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some salt into the fried chopped boiled potato and cook then for few minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Take the fried potatoes in a bowl and keep aside for cooking the next step with the bread for cook the next step.

Take a bowl then add some water to it then take a bread slice and soak some water from the bowl.
