STEP : 1
For the process of doing the rice be ready with all the ingredients like potatoes , green chilies and ginger of required quantity.

Let take the potato peel the skin of the potato with a peeler neately to all the potatoes that we are using in this process.

Take the bowl which contains fresh water and add this peeled potato in to the water and clean it in the water.

Now in the same bowl add some fresh water and add the green chilies in order to clean them up for preparation.

Take one plate and cut the peeled potatoes of small pieces which are used for doing of the rice with this pieces.

After that take another plate and cut the green chilies to small pieces which are very small for used in the process.

Take the ginger of required quantity and made it to smash in a bowl finely and take that of 1 spoon.

Take one pan put it on the stove add some oil and also add 2 table spoons of fresh ghee to the oil and made both of them heat.

After it gets heated add the elaichi of 2 no to the pan and made it fry in the oil in a low flame.

After it get fried add the cloves of 3 no to the oil and made it also fry in the oil for some time.

Add cumin of 1/2 table spoon to the oil and made them to crack in the oil in a low flame.

After that add the potato pieces to the pan and mix well and made them fry in the oil with all the spices.

After that add the chopped green chilies of 1 table spoon to the potatoes and mix well with them in the bowl.

Now add the smashed ginger paste of 1 table spoon to the pan and mix well with all the ingredients in the pan.

Add some 1/2 table spoon of salt to it and mix well until it applies to all the pieces in the pan.

Now add the cinnamon powder of 1/2 table spoon to the pan and mix well with all the pieces in a low flame.

After that add the coriander seeds powder of 1/2 table spoon to it for the taste purpose and mix well in the pan.

Made all of the spices mix well and remain for 5 minutes until all will applies to the pieces in the pan.

After that add the rice of 1 cup to the pan and mix well with all the spices in the pan in a low flame.

Before put off the stove add some fresh ghee of 1 table spoon and mix well and then take in to the serving bowl.
