STEP : 1
Take two medium sized potatoes and scrape out the skin and rinse in water in fresh water,

Then now grate those medium sized potatoes using a grater and keep aside for few minutes,

Take half a number of carrot scrape and fine chop them and also fine chop some French beans,and fine chop some green chilies and fine chop some coriander leaves,

Take a wide mixing bowl add those well cleaned and grated potatoes into them,y you can also squeeze out the water if you need,

Then add two tbsp of began gram flour into them and fine chopped green chilies into them and mix them well,

Then add some red chilly powder,pinch of turmeric powder and enough salt for them,then now mixture releases some water,

Then now half a tbsp of ginger garlic paste into them and stir well to make a thick batter without adding any water,

Then now keep the mixture for few minutes for soaking process which helps to make the batter soft and fluffy,

Heat a flat pan or tawa for few minutes and sprinkle some oil crease the pan,

Then now heaped spoonful of well prepared batter into the flat pan,and spread them as thick layer,

Spread them as round shaped thick layer and brings it to boil for few seconds,

Then now sprinkle those fine chopped veggies such as fine chopped beans and carrot as thin layer,

Then now sprinkle some fine chopped coriander leaves and flip them to another side and brings it to boil for few seconds,

Then now flip it to other side and make sure the pancake almost cooked well,
