Ingredients of Potato muruku
STEP : 1
All the ingredients are taken as shown below. Potatoes are grated small. Jeera can be powdered. Measurements are as per the list.

Potatoes are made into paste. This acts as the secondary main ingredient of the recipe. This acts as the stuff of the recipe.
STEP : 3
The paste is transferred into the vessel, as shown and four is added to it. The consistency of the flour should be smooth.

All the ingredients salt, chilly powder,hing,jeera,chat masala,turmeric powder and oil should be added. Mix all the ingredients to a soft dough. Water can be used.

Now take the muruku maker and transfer the dough into it as shown. Fix the blades and the top as per requirement.

Now take a pan and pour oil into it, til it heats to medium. It can be tested by sample dough.
STEP : 7
Now twist and press the maker, so that the dough slips into the oil easily. Allow it to cook on both sides, till brown.
STEP : 8
Transfer the fried,yummy,hot muruku into a serving plate. Garnish it with coriander and potato dip. Serve it hot and it serves four.
