Potato muruku is an experiental dish, which is an evening snack and is admired by children a lot. It contains rice flour and hence a good cleaning agent. When the flour is chopped fine in coarse, it is known as aloo bhujia.

Ingredients of Potato muruku

1.50 cup Rice flour
1.00 cup Potatoes grated
1.00 tbsp Turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Chilly powder
0.25 tbsp Jeera
4.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Chat masala
1.25 tbsp Hing

Now take the muruku maker and transfer the dough into it as shown. Fix the blades and the top as per requirement.
