Ingredients of Potato halwa
STEP : 1
Bring the large size potatoes which are fresh one and which can be used for the preparation of the sweet with this.

Peel of the skin of the each potatoes with a peeler neatly which is used for the further preparation process easily.

Take one bowl add water of 4 glasses to it and keep it aside in order to wash the vegetables in it.

Add the potatoes in to that water and clean them until any dust is there and in order to removed them easily.

Take the peeled potato and chop well with a chopped machine in to fine pieces gently and carefully while doing this.

Collect this chopped potato paste in to one bowl and kept aside which can be used for the further preparation process.

Take a bowl add fresh ghee of 1/4 cup to the pan and made the ghee heat in a low flame for some time.

After it gets heated add the chopped potato of 1 cup to the ghee and made them fry in the ghee until it turns to soft.

Take one pan and boil the milk in a low flame until a layer is formed on the top of it for some time.

Take elaichi of 2 no in a bowl which can be used in the process for taste purpose to the sweet.

We can see that after some time the potato gets boiled in the ghee smoothly for about 10 minutes in the pan.

At that stage add the boiled milk of 1 cup to the potatoes and mix well with the pan in a low flame.

The elaichi can be smashed to pieces in order to get the flavor from this when add it to the potato.

Take sugar of 1 cup and add this to the potato mix and well until it dissolves in the paste of potato.

Add elichi of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until it get the flavors of it in a low flame.

After that add the fried raisins of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well with the sweet of potato finely.

Also add the cashews of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well in the pan for some time in a low flame.

At the end of process add the baking salt which gives taste to the sweet and usually added to all the sweets.

Mix well all the dry fruits in the bowl and kept for some time in a bowl in a low flame only.

Now before put off the stove add the ghee from the top mix well and take in to the serving bowl.
