STEP : 1
Wash the potatoes in running water and peel off the skin using peeler and slice as length cubes which is the cut like a french fries,and also cut as a long cube too.

For Grinding: In a mixer jar add the sliced onions,chopped ginger and chopped green chilies and add needed salt for this recipe grind it as a fine paste.

For Thick Batter: In a bowl add 1 cup of refined flour and add two tbsp of corn flour into it and mix well together.
STEP : 4
In that flour mixture add the grounded onion and chilly paste on it and mix them evenly without any lumps formation.

Add two table spoon of water into it and make it like a thick batter without any lumps,add extra water if needed,and adjust the salt at this stage if needed.

Heat a pan add some oil for deep fry when the oil gets hot,then dip the sliced potatoes into that thick flour batter.

Then dust the dipped potatoes into that crushed corn flakes which was used in a wide spread plate to dust easily.

Add this dipped potatoes into that oil and deep frying the potatoes on both sides in medium flame till the potatoes are well boiled.
STEP : 9
After few minutes it gets boiled well and the dusted corn flakes are made crispy,it is the right time to remove from that oil pan,and serve hot with any sauce or with chutney.
