STEP : 1
Bring the potatoes cut into half and boil them in a pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes in a high flame.

After the pressure is gone take them out and peel of the skin and cut into pieces take that one cup of pieces.

Take one pan add oil to it of 4 to 5 table spoons and made it heat in a low flame.
STEP : 4
Add cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to the oil and made it fry in the oil.
STEP : 5
After that add ginger paste ,chili paste ans sesame seeds powder to the oil and made it to cook for some time.

Add coconut paste of 1/2 cup to it and made it to fry in that without any smell in the oil.

Add salt of 1/2 table spoon and mix well until the salt dissolves in that mixtures and kept in a low flame.

Now add turmeric powder of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well in the pan which contains all the pastes.

Now add the boiled potato pieces of 1 cup to the pan and mix well until all the ingredients applied to the pieces.

Before taking in to the serving bowl add red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon to the curry and mix well.
