This is one of the main vegitable that we include in our daily life food and here the coconut is a great combination for this curry and also very healthy also the coconut if we use in cooking purpose also,and some others are used to do this curry.

Ingredients of Potato coconut curry

1.00 cup potato
0.50 cup fresh coconut paste
0.50 tbsp sesame seeds
0.50 tbsp chana powder
0.50 tbsp salt
0.75 tbsp red chili powder
5.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp mustard seeds
1.00 tbsp Ginger paste
1.00 tbsp Green chili paste
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder

Potato coconut curry

Bring the potatoes cut into half and boil them in a pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes in a high flame.
