The secret for a less time consuming potato chips recipe is, I make a lot of potato chips by boiling and sun drying as shown in the below recipe and store it in an airtight container.
So whenever any of us crave eating chips, I just fry the stored potatoes and so yes in no time the chips will be ready.

I usually make potato chips with or without oil. The calories in potato chips is obviously high, so to make it slightly healthy, you can choose baking the potato chips.
For baking, preheat the oven at 450 F, place the potato slices in a baking tray, brush a few drops of oil and bake for around 25 to 30 minutes.

Ingredients of Potato chips
STEP : 1
For making the 5 Star style of Chips we are have to take one Potato and wash this in a water.

After wash this Potato we have to cut this as a slices as i shown in the below image.

After that take a one Kada in this add 1/2 litter of water, And make it heat in a medium flame.
STEP : 4
To the boiling water we have to put the Chopped slices potatoes, As i shown in the below image.

After adding the Potatoes in boiling water, Add 1 - Spun of salt, And make this boil for 5 minutes.
STEP : 6
After adding salt and cooked for 5 minutes, Then after close the plate as i shown in the below image, And cook for 5 minutes again.

When we are closing the plate and cook for 5 minutes, Switch off the stove and make it cool for 10 minutes.

After cooling the potato, Take alone White cotton Cloth and spread the potato slice as i shown in the below image. And make it dry for 2 Days and after that, Take a one Box and in this put the dry Potato slices, and use the oil to heat and fry the potato,and spread the chilly powder on the above of chips.

Now the healthy and tasty Potato chips are ready to serve, And also it is consuming less oil.
