Ingredients of Potato bread
STEP : 1
Take three potatoes and peel them one by one. And keep them aside to use.

Cut these potatoes in half so that it will be easier to cook in the center.

Add these cut potatoes into a vok and boil them. Boil them until it is soft in the middle.

Take three pieces of bread and put it in a mixer or a blender to make it into bread crumbs and keep it aside.

Take one cup of coconut, a handful of coriander leaves, a cup of split grams ,two gloves of garlic , a small piece of ginger, squeeze half a lemon and add salt as needed.

Add all these ingredients into the mixer and add two tablespoons of water and blend it. And keep it aside.

Take the boiled potatoes and mash them till it looks like a thick paste . And keep it aside.

Take three pieces of bread and cut the crust off from its side using a knife.

Take a bowl of water and dip the cut pieces of bread into the bowl.

Squeeze the water from the bread and add it into the mashed potatoes and mix it.

Take a sizable amount of this mixture and make it into a half ball to be filled.

Add half a table spoon of the coconut mixture kept aside earlier into the ball .

After adding this mixture, roll the potato mixture into a ball covering the Coconut mixture.

Roll this ball on the bread crumbs that was kept aside earlier and cover all the sides

Make sure all the balls are coated in a thick layer of bread crumbs and ready to be fried.

Take a non stick pan and add any vegetable oil to fry the bread potato snack. Add one by one and fry them till it turns slightly golden brown on the outside. And serve it hot with your favourite sauce and enjoy it with your loved ones.
