For Potato Masal Preparation

STEP : 1
At first cook the potato using salt and water (no need to peel off the skin,that we can do after cooking). Then place the cooked potato in a plate and pour sliced onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, turmeric powder.

STEP : 2
Now we can mix our potato, green chilly, onion and coriander leaves. The onion and green chilly should be sliced in very small size.

STEP : 3
Then by using clean hands make small balls of the potato mix. Taste little of the mix and add salt if needed.
For Potato Bonda Preparation

STEP : 1
Make a batter using gram flour or chick peas flour, rice flour, chilly powder and required amount of salt Add water little by little and mix it well.

STEP : 2
Then take the gram flour batter and add the potato balls in to it one by one, it should not get touched with each other.

STEP : 3
Then rotate the balls slowly to make the batter all over on the balls. Then heat a pan and pour oil to deep fry, when the oil gets hot add the balls to it.

STEP : 4
Let the balls gets cooked well and when it becomes brawn colour, rotate every side of the balls and let it cooked fully.

STEP : 5
Repeat the same with the remaining balls and when all potato balls gets cooked well, wipe off the excess oil and serve hot using sauce.
