This is an evening snack using potato and chick peas flour which is full of protein and good for health. It is very tasty and kids will love to have this snack. We can take this snack along with tomato sauce .

Ingredients of For maida preparation

2.00 cup Gram flour
2.00 tbsp rice flour
0.50 tbsp chilly powder
1.00 tbsp salt
0.25 cup water

0.50 tbsp coriander leaves
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

For Potato Masal Preparation

At first cook the potato using salt and water (no need to peel off the skin,that we can do after cooking). Then place the cooked potato in a plate and pour sliced onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, turmeric powder.

For Potato Bonda Preparation

Make a batter using gram flour or chick peas flour, rice flour, chilly powder and required amount of salt Add water little by little and mix it well.

Then rotate the balls slowly to make the batter all over on the balls. Then heat a pan and pour oil to deep fry, when the oil gets hot add the balls to it.
