STEP : 1
Be ready with the smash of potatoes and boiled sweet corns in a pan and smash well both of them in the pan.

Take one bowl add the wheat flour of 1 cup to it which can be used for the further preparation process.

Add some 1/2 table spoon of salt to it and mix well until the salt mixes with the flour in the bowl.

After that add some ghee of 1 table spoon to the wheat flour and mix well with the flour and ghee.

Now add the vamu of 1/2 table spoon to it for taste purpose and mix well with the wheat flour in the bowl gently.

After that add the green chilies to it which are slightly chopped and mix well with the flour in the pan.

Now add the sufficient water by adding step by step manner to it and mix well the flour with all the ingredients .

Now we can make the one thick paste of round ball in the pan with which the water is sufficient for this.

Now take dry powder of 1/2 table spoon and spread on the floor in order to make the chapati without touching it down.

Now put this prepared mixture of wheat flour ball on the dry flour powder and spread to some extend only with hand.

After that put the prepared potato and boiled sweet corn seeds smash in between the extended wheat flour chapati with hand.

Now again close all the sides gently without coming out of the smash to outside in a regular manner with the hands properly.

After that put it down and make one big round sized roti by adding in between the dry powder during the spreading of this wheat ball.

Now take a pan add oil of 4 table spoons to it and keep it on a stove in a medium flame only.

After the pan gets heated add the prepared chapati roll on the pan and made it fry in a low flame.

After that add some oil of 3 drops on the top also for fast and easy cooking it inside the roti also.

After some time keep a lid on the pan in order to fry fast and also cook well inside as it is of thick in between.

Now when one side is heated turn to other side and make other side also fry well in a low flame only.

After it gets fried put off the stove take it in to the plate and let it be settled to cooled down for some time.

After that made the roti to cut to small pieces of 4 equal sizes and take them to serving bowl to serve.
