- 1.00 cup wheat flour
- 1.00 cup maida
- 4.00 tbsp rava
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 2.00 tbsp water
- 0.50 liter oil
Instructions

- first of all take the bowl and add the one cup of the wheat flour in the bowl and keep aside
- now take the maida and add the one cup of the maida in the wheat flour and mix well and keep aside
- now take the bombay ravva and add the 4 tbsp of the bombay ravva in the flours and mix well
- now take the salt and add the salt for the taste in the mixed flours and mix all of them well
- now take the water and add the water in the flour and mix all the flours with the water as shown
- now prepare like a tight dough and keep the dough aside for 15 minutes as shown in the image
- now after 15 minutes take the dough and prepare like a small balls as shown in the image and keep aside
- now take the roti maker and prepare the small size poori as shown in the image and keep them aside all
- now take the pan and switch on the stove and add the oil for deep fry and preheat the oil then add the poori in the oil
- now take the spoon and fry the poori in the preheated oil untill the poori fry like a golden color as shown in the image
- now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious soft and crispy poori in the plate along with the aloo besin curry
