STEP : 1
Take all the ingredients and keep it ready cut the onions roughly and peel the skin of the garlic and cut the tomatoes roughly .

STEP : 2
Keep a pan over the stove and add oil to it once it get heated add mustard seed and cumin seeds to it and fry them

STEP : 3
Mean while in a jar add roughly chopped onions and peeled garlic to it and grind it about seventy five percent

STEP : 4
Now add the onion paste to the pan and stir it well till the raw smell disappear keep the stove in a low flame

STEP : 5
Once the raw smell disappeared add the chilli powder and turmeric powder to it and stir it well by adding little water

STEP : 6
After that add the tomato paste to the pan and add adequate salt to the curry and cook it for five minutes and finally add tamarind water to it once the oil separate from curry off the stove and garnish with chilies .
