Garlic is the best medicine for acidity problems we can not consume it raw so we are going to prepare a curry using garlic this is very easy and healthy with in less time we are going to prepare this try this.

Ingredients of Poondu kulambu

3.00 no Tomato
2.00 no Onion
1.00 no Garlic
0.50 tbsp Chilli powder
4.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 tbsp Mustard
0.50 tbsp Curry leaves
1.00 tbsp Green chilies
1.00 tbsp Tamarind

Poondu kulambu

Take all the ingredients and keep it ready cut the onions roughly and peel the skin of the garlic and cut the tomatoes roughly .

Mean while in a jar add roughly chopped onions and peeled garlic to it and grind it about seventy five percent

Now add the onion paste to the pan and stir it well till the raw smell disappear keep the stove in a low flame

After that add the tomato paste to the pan and add adequate salt to the curry and cook it for five minutes and finally add tamarind water to it once the oil separate from curry off the stove and garnish with chilies .
