STEP : 1
For First Marinating: Take a flat plate or bowl add 1/2 tbsp of green chilly paste and add a pinch of turmeric and 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and little salt and mix them well by your hands by little lime juice.

when they mixed well now add well washed pomfret fish slices with them and apply evenly to spread over the fish slices.

when the ingredients are applied over the fish keep them under marinating for at least 30 minutes for the basic ingredients are well sucked by the fish slices.

For Second Marination: At this mean while take another bowl add 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 cup of curry leaves then add some cumin seeds and pepper seeds.

then add remaining ginger garlic paste and green chilly paste and a pinch of turmeric with them,and add 2 tbsp of coriander powder with them.

then add needed salt and some lime juice with them and crush them all using your hands till it gets mashy and mixed together.

Take a mixer jar add 75 percent of that crushed ingredients mixture and grind them as coarsely by adding little water

Then add the grounded paste to that remaining 25 percent of crushed ingredients and mix them well together and this is to be coated to that fish.

In that crushed coriander and crushed pepper ingredients add the fish slices and apply them over the fish slices till it well coated.

Repeat the process for apply the ingredients for all the fish slices and keep them under second marination process for at least one hour.

After one hour when the fish are well marinate,heat a flat pan or tawa crease some oil and place the marinated fish over them and start shallow frying the fish in medium fire.

When the fish gets well fried on one side turn back to their another side and sprinkle some oil over them.

When the fish gets fried well on both sides and now transfer the fish slices to the serving bowl and serve hot.
