Usual fish fries are normally fried with usual red ingredients in some other ways,but here i used to fry a fish with two step marinating process and different spices and ingredients are used which is available in home as it is,this recipe gives good aromatic flavor than any other normal fish fries.

Ingredients of Pomfret Fish Fry

5.00 no Pomfret Fish Slices
2.00 tbsp Green Chilly Paste
1.50 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1.00 tbsp Pepper Seeds
1.00 tbsp Cumin Seeds
0.50 cup Curry Leaves
0.50 cup Coriander Leaves
0.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1.00 tbsp Lemon
2.00 tbsp Coriander Powder
0.50 tbsp Salt
4.00 tbsp Oil

Pomfret Fish Fry

For First Marinating: Take a flat plate or bowl add 1/2 tbsp of green chilly paste and add a pinch of turmeric and 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and little salt and mix them well by your hands by little lime juice.

For Second Marination: At this mean while take another bowl add 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 cup of curry leaves then add some cumin seeds and pepper seeds.

Then add the grounded paste to that remaining 25 percent of crushed ingredients and mix them well together and this is to be coated to that fish.

After one hour when the fish are well marinate,heat a flat pan or tawa crease some oil and place the marinated fish over them and start shallow frying the fish in medium fire.

this recipe of pomfret fry recipe is really nice although i am not a big fan of fish, this dish turned out really nice. make sure you cook fry the fish properly and you do not want to over fry the fish. also the have used a two step marinating process which was actually very help full and made the frying process very easy without any hindrance. it was a really good dish overall and does not require much time also.
