Pomfret fish peices simmered in a rich ginger paste, garlic paste, onion , potato , garam masala. A perfect dish for Sunday dinner when everybody is in the mood for a lavish meal . This recipe served with hot roti, paratha or steamed rice .

Ingredients of Pomfret curry

8.00 no pomfret fish pieces
4.00 no onion
1.00 no tomato
1.00 no garlic
4.00 no green chili
1.00 no coriander leaves bunch
2.00 tbsp mogoge dana
0.25 tbsp garam masala
0.50 cup oil
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

Take some fish pieces and wash them properly, take onion, garlic, green chili, garam masala, mogoge dana, coriander leaves, tomato, all those things bring together and keep aside

take the pomfret fish pieces there add some salt and some turmeric powder in it and mix them well and marinate this for few minutes

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when oil become hot add the marinated fish and fry them properly and keep aside
