Sooji halwa is the ever known famous halwa recipe Pomogranate is the very healthy fruit which is good for blood circulation.,so that i used to cook the sweet recipe using the fruit of pomogranate, the color of the recipe is more attractive and very natural color,

Ingredients of Pomegranate Sooji halwa

1.00 cup Sooji Rava
1.00 cup Pomegranate
0.75 cup Sugar
3.00 no Elachi
10.00 no Cashew nuts
5.00 tbsp Ghee

Pomegranate Sooji halwa

Heat a pan add some ghee and add the sooji rava with them and roast them well for few minutes in low fire till it gets light brown color.
