STEP : 1
Heat a pan add some ghee and add the sooji rava with them and roast them well for few minutes in low fire till it gets light brown color.

Take a mixer jar then add the pomegranate pearls with them and grind them by adding little water and strained out the remaining seeds.
STEP : 3
Heat a pan add three table spoon of ghee and roast the cashew nuts and roast them in medium flame for avoid the over burning.

Transfer the roasted cashew nuts to a plate then add the pomegranate extracted and filtered juice on to them and add enough water if needed.

At this meanwhile add sugar and some elachi into a mixer jar and grind them as fine powder.now the pomegranate water mixture gets boiled then add the powdered elachi and sugar mixture into them and stir well.

When the sugar gets well mixed into that water now add the roasted sooji rava with them and stir continuously to avoid the formation of lumps.
STEP : 7
When the rava gets boiled and the water gets dried now add the roasted cashew nuts and some pomegranate pearls over them.stir well and garnish well then serve hot or cold.
