Pomegranate lassi is prepared by fresh curd or yogurt , these lassi drink is so good and healthier one , pomegranate rejuvanate the skin and body energy and keeps healthier that crushed seeds helps to improve the digestion and reduces bloof pressures, it is advisable to have a energy pomegranate lassi every day

Ingredients of Pomegranate lassi

1.00 cup curd
5.00 no Ice cubes
0.25 cup water

The key ingredients to prepare pomegranate lassi ,we need a cup of plain yogurt,sugar as required ,pomegranates,water not much,ice cubes as you prefer.

For sweetness add a 3/4 cup of sugar or as you required ,you can also sweet fruit like mangoes instead of sugar and give a blend.

Wow wow.... Bestest of all the dishes posted here in this website. Such a healthy dish for ladies during their menses. Pomegranate is very very useful for women but women won't like to eat anything during those days so if we try this kind of lazi using pomegranate will be very useful to them. I really loved this lazy as it was the simplest dish that I have been tried till now. I recommend every woman to try this lazy even on normal days. I am going to make it as a routine. It's a superb energy drink I really like the recipe over here I really admire how the curd and the pomegranate are combined together to give that richness and flavour and ultimately it is so digestive to have it in the breakfast since both curd and pomegranate are having many digestive advantages and mainly it is so filling and healthy to have such a smoothie in the morning and that too not adding so many calories in your breakfast option It's really a very very good and healthy option for the breakfast I tried it myself personally and it is really helpful in maintaining the weight
