STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare pomegranate lassi ,we need a cup of plain yogurt,sugar as required ,pomegranates,water not much,ice cubes as you prefer.

STEP : 2
Remove the outer layer of the pomegranate,wash the seeds thoroughly,pomegranate crunchy seeds helps for digestion,strain the mixture so that the hard part of the seeds will stay in a strainer.

At first grind the pomegranate seeds in a juicer or mixie jar and give a blender,you can also add a few rose water if you like .

Add a few tablespoon of plain yogurt or curd ,you can also add a warm milk then blend it once again

STEP : 5
For sweetness add a 3/4 cup of sugar or as you required ,you can also sweet fruit like mangoes instead of sugar and give a blend.

STEP : 6
You can also add a few water or milk, if you won't like too much thick ,you can also add a pinch of cardamom powder for nice aroma.

STEP : 7
Now add a 4 to 5 ice cubes for chillness if you don't want no need to add ice cubes,you can also add ice cubes while serving.

Then add a remaining tablespoon of yogurt and blend it for 2 to 3 times till the crunchy seeds get blended.

After giving blender the pomegranate lassi is ready,now transfer the chill pomegranate lassi into a glass ,if you like garnish with the pomegranate seeds or pistachios.
