STEP : 1
To prepare flattened rice with jaggery we require 5 ingredients which are easily available in markets.

STEP : 2
After collecting the ingredients we need to cut jaggery in small pieces and in same way cut/ chop dry dates in small pieces . The kernel khopra should also be cutted into small pieces.

STEP : 3
Now take flattened rice in sifter and sieve it so that the waste powder and any other dirt can be removed easily. In this way we clean flattened rice.

After cleaning flattened rice now pour cleaned flattened rice in a big round plate or thalli.

STEP : 5
After this add phole Chana Dal in the big plate. This dal is high in calcium and protein. It can be eaten raw also.

STEP : 6
Now add kernel khopra in it which was chopped into small pieces. The kernel khopra used here is dry.

STEP : 7
After this we need to now add chopped jaggery which was cutted into small pieces.

STEP : 8
Now we need to mix all the ingredients together so that all the items mixes well. This snack item is made without cooking.

STEP : 9
Flattened rice with jaggery is ready serve it with chopped dry dates on its top.

Flattened rice with jaggery is ready . This snack item can be enjoyed at evening time or for kids when they return from school. We can also store this snack in a container and can be stored for further days.
