Poha kachori cutlets is a easy snack recipe prepared by flattened rice , it is very simple to make at home with simple ingredients,cutlets are of various types with different tastes , it can have specially at tea time with tea or coffee or with green chutneys.

Poha is highly rich in carbohydrates and fibers. I have never found such a tasty dish made from . I always eat up, payasam made from pohabut never this dish.
