Ingredients of Pirandai chutney

STEP : 1
Take all the ingredients and keep them ready cut the onions roughly and chopped the coconut into fine pieces and remove the skin of the garlic

STEP : 2
Pirandai is a rare thing theatre we get in village mainly this will look like a long drumstick so remove the fibre part and cut them into small pieces as shown

STEP : 3
Keep a pan over the stove and add oil to it once it get heated add garlic green chillies and black gram then Fry them nicely till it gets golden brown colour

STEP : 4
Once everything fried add finely chopped onions to it and Fry them nicely till it turns golden brown and add the coconut and tamarind keep it in a low flame

STEP : 5
Finally add pirandai to it and fry it for about ten minutes and let it cool down and then blend it in a blender now our taste yummy and healthy pirandai chutney is ready
