This is a yogurt based smoothie using freshly cut pineapples and coconut milk. It is a very rich and creamy drink. It is sweet and very nutritious and very easy to make. This is low sugar drink and is sweetened using honey. It is served with cut pineapples.

Ingredients of Pineapple smoothie

0.25 cup Pineapple Chunks
1.00 cup Curd
2.00 tbsp Powdered Sugar
2.00 tbsp Honey
4.00 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder

Take the pineapple chunks. Keep a slice aside for decoration. Take the powdered sugar and honey. Take the fresh churned yogurt - Set aside the coconut milk powder

Now add the mashed pineapple to the same mixture grinder so that it can be blended well with the curd.
