Ingredients of Pineapple sheera
STEP : 1
Heat 3 tablespoon of ghee in a non-stick pan, add I cup of sooji/rava and reduce the flame to low. Now stir it continuously until the sooji colour change to light brown.
STEP : 2
Now add chopped pineapple and mix well with roasted sooji/rava. While roasting sooji/rava dont cook it for long period of time otherwise the colour and taste of sheera will change.

Now take sugar equal quantity to sooji. Add sugar and mix well on a low flame. In place of sugar you can add milkmaid. But use only little quantity of milkmaid.
STEP : 4
Add 2 cup of water and increase the flame to medium and stir it continuously until water get completely evaporate. In place of water you can use milk. Finally add chironji and mix it.
STEP : 5
Turn off the flame and transfer it to a serving bowl. Garnish with finely chopped almond and chopped pineapple. You can garnish with some other dry fruit.
