Pineapple sheera is tastiest sweet dish because the favor of pineapple enriches the taste and texture of this wonderful sweet dish. Sheera is a sweet made using semolina or rava. If you get bored with regular sooji sheera you must try this sweet dish.

Ingredients of Pineapple sheera

1.00 cup sooji
1.00 cup pineapple
1.00 cup sugar
4.00 tbsp ghee
10.00 no almond
2.00 tbsp chironji

Heat 3 tablespoon of ghee in a non-stick pan, add I cup of sooji/rava and reduce the flame to low. Now stir it continuously until the sooji colour change to light brown.

Add 2 cup of water and increase the flame to medium and stir it continuously until water get completely evaporate. In place of water you can use milk. Finally add chironji and mix it.
