Ingredients of Pineapple pachadi
STEP : 1
Take some oil in Pan, and put all the pineapple pieces and 1 cup of water and saute it well.

Now add the required spices like Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, and Salt and mix well.Keep in low flame.

Until the pineapple cooks, Take grated coconut, 2 green chillies and jeera and blend the mixture properly.
STEP : 4
Once the Pineapple cooks and become soft, Add the coconut mixture blend to it and mix well.
STEP : 5
Once the mixture gets cooked properly, Add the thick yogurt/curd to the pineapple mixture and mix well.
STEP : 6
After adding the yogurt , just saute the mixture for 1-2 minutes only. And then turn off flame. Serve Hot the pineapple pachadi as a side dish with Rice.
