Pineapple Fried Rice – Simple And Healthy Pineapple Fried Rice
Pineapple fried rice is a yummy and delicious dish and most of the people loved this recipe. Its very easy to make at home and give to your kids It is good for health.
Ingredients
Pineapple Fried Rice
- 1.00 cup Pine Apple Pieces
- 4.00 cup Boiled Rice
- 1.00 tbsp Onions
- 1.00 tbsp Carrot
- 1.00 tbsp Capsicum
- 2.00 No Green Chilies
- 1.00 tbsp Coriander
- 1.00 tbsp Curry leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1.00 tbsp Chilly Sauce
- 1.00 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 3.00 tbsp Ghee
- 5.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger Pieces
- 1.00 tbsp Garlic Pieces
- 1.00 tbsp Mint Leaves
Instructions
Pineapple Fried Rice
- First of all take the rice and measure the one cup of rice and keep that aside as shown in the image.
- Now take the water and add the water in the rice and then take the oil and add one tbsp of the oil in the rice as shown.
- Now cook the rice until the rice becomes soft and then keep that aside as shown in the image.
- Now select and then take the fresh pine apple with out any damage as shown in the image and keep that aside.
- Now take the knife and remove the outer part of that and cut that in half as shown in the image.
- Now remove the center hard part and wash that pieces well with the salt water and keep aside as shown in the image.
- Now take the knife and cut the pine apple pieces in to small pieces as shown in the image.
- Now take the ginger piece and wash well and cut like small pieces and then cut the garlic as pieces and keep aside.
- Now take the fresh carrot and wash well and cut the carrot into very small pieces as shown in the image.
- Now take the fresh capsicum and cut that capsicum in to small pieces as shown in the image and keep aside.
- Now take the onion and peel out the outer layer and cut that into long pieces as shown in the image.
- Now take the green chillies and cut them as two long pieces as shown in the image and keep them aside.
- Now take the pan and switch on the stove and keep that pan over the stove and preheat the pan.
- Now take the oil and add the 3 or 4 tbsp of the oil in the preheated pan as shown in the image.
- Now take ghee and add one tbsp of ghee in the pan and then add the ginger pieces and fry.
- Now take the garlic and add them to the fried ginger pieces as shown in the image and mix well.
- Now take the onions and add them slowly in the fried garlic and ginger pieces and mix all well once.
- Now take the capsicum pieces and add them after the onion pieces and fry them well slowly as shown in the image.
- After that take the carrot pieces and add them to the fried items and mix all well once and cook them.
- Now take the green chillies and add them in the fried ingredients and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now take the fresh pine apple pieces and add them after frying the all ingrediants and mix well as shown in the image
- Now take the curry leaves and then corriander add both of them in the fried items and mix all well.
- Now take the mint leaves and wash them well once and add them to the fried items and mix all.
- Now take the chilly sauce and add one tbsp of the chilly sauce in the fried items and mix well.
- After adding the chilly sauce add one tbsp of the tamota sauce and mix well as shown in the image.
- Now add sufficient salt for taste and then add the boiled rice in the fried pieces and mix well as shown in the image.
- Now finally take the soya sauce and add one tbsp of soya sauce in the mixed rice and mix once again.
- Now take the black pepper and add if you like more spicyness in the rice and mix well and switch off the stove.
- Now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious pineapple fried rice in a serving plate and garnish with chillies thats it tasty fried rice is ready.
