Ingredients of Pineapple chutney
STEP : 1
Take the pineapple chunks and wash them and deep seed it. Also take the raisins and wash them and soak them well.

Grate the pineapple into fine pieces as shown in the image. Soak them in a powdered sugar and add the lemon juice. Keep it marinated for a while.

Add the mustard seeds into the oil and fry them well and add the red chili and fry till brownish.

Add the pineapple chunks to the kadai and mix it well in the kadai and add a pinch of salt and cook it well.
STEP : 5
Add a little more sugar. Add the turmeric powder to the kadai. Mix it with the pineapple chunks and cook for a while.
STEP : 6
Add the water to the kadai and mix it well with the rest of the contents and cook till the gravy thickens and then serve chilled.
