This is a dessert item which is made using grated pineapple. It is a sweet dish and should be served chilled after a sumptuous meal. It is topped with raisin and crushed dates and this can be preserved in the refrigerator for a couple of days.

Ingredients of Pineapple chutney

1.00 cup Pineapple Chunks
0.25 tbsp Raisin
3.00 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1.00 tbsp Lime Juice
0.25 tbsp Mustard Seeds
1.00 no Red Chili
0.25 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 tbsp Turmeric

Take the pineapple chunks and wash them and deep seed it. Also take the raisins and wash them and soak them well.
