Machli ka achaar is the famous Indian dish which is very tasty and delicious dish which can be made easily in the home with simple steps and with simple ingredients, it is a non vegetarian achaar and you can store as much as you required in the container.

Ingredients of pickled fish

1.25 kg Machli
1.25 cup Cumin seeds
1.25 cup Mustard seeds
1.25 cup Red chilli powder
1.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
1.25 tbsp Salt
1.25 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1.25 cup Lemon juice
5.00 no Dry red chillies
4.00 no Garlic rods
1.25 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
1.25 cup Oil
