Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 kg Machli
  • 1.25 cup Cumin seeds
  • 1.25 cup Mustard seeds
  • 1.25 cup Red chilli powder
  • 1.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.25 tbsp Salt
  • 1.25 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1.25 cup Lemon juice
  • 5.00 no Dry red chillies
  • 4.00 no Garlic rods
  • 1.25 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1.25 cup Oil

Instructions
 

  • These are the simple 12 ingredients required to make the Machli ka achaar in the home.
  • First step you need to wash the boneless fish and you need to make the small pieces of it as shown
  • After making the small pieces of Machli (fish) you need to add the step by step ingredients first add the one table spoon of salt or as per the taste
  • Next you need to add the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the Machli as shown
  • Next you need to add the half table spoon of ginger garlic paste in the Machli
  • Next you need to add the one big table spoon of red chilli powder in the pieces of Machli
  • After adding all the ingredients you need to mix it well and keep aside the Machli for marination
  • Till it marinates you need to peel off the garlic rods and keep aside as shown
  • Next you need to add take the frying pan and put it on the stove and roast the half cup of Cumin seeds in the frying pan and remove it in the plate as shown
  • Next you need to roast the Mustard seeds also and after roasting remove it in the plate as shown
  • Next you also need to roast some of the Fenugreek seeds in the frying pan and after roasting remove it in the plate as shown and put it in the air to cool it
  • Next step after roasting you need to take the grinder cup and put the roasted Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, and Fenugreek seeds in it as shown and grind it like a powder
  • Now the roasted Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds and Fenugreek seeds powder is ready remove it in the plate as shown
  • After removing the powder you need to put the above peel off garlic rods in the grinder cup and grind it like a paste as shown and remove it in the plate as shown
  • Next step you need take the frying pan heat it and put the oil in it and deep fry the above kept marinated Machli in the frying pan as shown
  • You need to deep fry the Machli till the colour changes to light brown in colour as shown and remove it in the plate as shown
  • After frying the Machli you need to take the utensil heat it and put the half cup of oil in it as shown
  • After heating the oil Now you need to add the 4 to 5 garlic pieces in the oil for bagar in the achaar
  • Next you need to add the one table spoon of Cumin seeds, and Mustard seeds in the oil
  • Next you need to add the 5 to 6 dry red chillies in the utensil as shown for bagar
  • Next you need to add the 3 to 4 big table spoon of red chilli powder in the utensil as shown
  • Next you need to add the one big table spoon of salt in the utensil or as per the taste
  • Next you need to add the above made roasted Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds and Fenugreek seeds powder and garlic paste in the utensil as shown and mix it well and switch off the stove
  • After mixing it well the mixture you need to add the above deep fried Machli in the utensil as shown and mix it well
  • Next step you need to remove the lemon juice from the lemons as you required and add it in the Machli ka achaar. After adding the lemon juice keep aside for some time and let the oil comes on the achaar and then serve it.
  • Now the Machli ka achaar is ready to can serve to the family members and enjoy
