The Gujarati Buttered Fulka Roti is one of the famous roti recipe. This recipe is normally used as daily menu. The buttered Roti is taken with any Curry, Dal, Kadhi or Pickle. This recipe is very easy in preparation and can be prepared by any one at home. This Buttered is easily available in Gujarati Restaurants. This roti recipe is mostly used in most of marraige or any major function.

Ingredients of Phulka Roti

1.00 kg Wheat Grain
0.75 cup Vegetable Oil
1.25 tbsp Salt
3.00 cup Water

Firstly take 1 kg Wheat grain. Remove unwanted material from it and make it clean. Here Wheat grain should be of good quality. Put the wheat grain in sun light for 4 - 5 hour in afternoon period.

Now grind the Wheat grain in to Flour Mill. Sieve the flour of Wheat grain(Atta) properly and remove the big particle from it. Take Atta into a big bowl or plate.
