For Chicken Preparation

STEP : 1
Take a large sized potato and boil the same. Take the Mayonnaise and green coriander and chili paste with a little curd. Take the peanuts, raisins and the black pepper powder.

Take the chicken breast piece and clean and wash it very well. Skew along the edges as shown in the image so that the masala penetrates while grilling.

Prepare the pesto sauce and add the mayonnaise in a mixing bowl as shown in the image so that the rest of the contents can be added.

Now add the green coriander and green chili paste to the mayonnaise and mix it well so that they are consistent.

Now add the mustard sauce and stir very well so that the sauce is formed and can be used to grill the chicken and potatoes.

Take the chicken breast and marinate it with the sauce prepared in the above step and set it aside for grilling.

Put the chicken slab on an air fryer and grill it very well on all sides till it turns brownish and is cooked.
For Potato Preparation

STEP : 1
Take the boiled potato, let it cool and then peel off the skin and make it ready for cutting the wedges and rings.

Chop half of the potato into thin sliced edges as shown in the picture which would be mixed with salt and pepper and pesto sauce.

STEP : 3
Cut the potato ringed slices as shown which would be grilled in an air fryer after coating the same with the pesto sauce.

STEP : 4
Add salt, black pepper powder and pesto sauce to the potato wedges and they are then ready to be served.

STEP : 5
Grill the ring potatoes in an air fryer as shown in the image so that it turns brownish in all directions.

Top the potatoes with raisins and a few peanuts and then they are ready to be added with the chicken grilled breast with coriander and mint leaf toppings.
