I absolutely love this one. I made this today. I'd like to add two things, one is a tip from a native (I'm not a professional chef, but am just a casual home cook). Firstly, cooking only one side makes it crispy, but for the elderly or people with gastric trouble, make sure that you cook it on both sides. The traditional filling items are Jeera, Allam (finely chopped ginger pieces), and Green chili (again finely chopped). Rest all are additions. Carrots and onions are not added traditionally but was a recent change. thanks for share this wonderful recipe.

This is very famous South Indian recipe which is known to all . This a very healthy and tummy full breakfast option which is very much preferred . The batter which is made out of green dal which is highly filled with proteins and it is also recommended for obesity problems , to improve skin texture and immunity booster . This a another form of dosa made out of different cereals but it does taste good and in the between it is to be stuffed with upma . Though upma and dosa can be eaten separate but the combination makes it more good and nice.

The recipe looks super cool and attractive. The color of the recipe is at an appropriate level. It is less time consuming and easy for the beginners to do. I recommend most of my friends to do this recipe.
